Skywings Flight Training has an extensive selection process of 3 days, aiming to ensure that we can train you to become a pilot and be successful in a screening with an airline. We asked student Olivier about his experiences during the selection he did in the end of 2020.

Gill Aviation has a long history of expertise in the specific types in our fleet (Diamond 40 and 42, Robin DR401 with Diesel engines) and has proven its worth over the course of the last years by keeping our fleet healthy and operational.

New Campus of Skywings Flight Training fully operational
As part of its mission to provide high-quality airline pilot training, the new campus offers the required comfort and features to train pilots to the highest standards. The new building houses multiple air-conditioned briefing rooms, classrooms, a large lounge, an operations room, two simulators and direct access to the aircraft hangar.

I am Tim Berger, flight instructor at Skywings and First Officer on the Embraer at KLM. After initial flight training, I started my flying career at TUIFly Belgium on the Boeing 737 NG. I did my flight instructor course while working at TUI and held this license for well over a year before I started as an instructor at Skywings.
