Skywings Flight Training conducts EASA theory exams (ATPL, PPL, CPL, IR, BIR-CBIR for fixed wing and helicopter) in cooperation with Austro Control (the Austrian civil aviation authorities).
Exams will be split into three days per sitting in our campus at Antwerp Airport. Every sitting day will be from 09h00 till 16h00 local time. You can perform multiple exams per day, but you need to be ready at 16uh00.
Note: at least 3 exams must be taken on 1 day, unless it concerns a re-exam.
According to Regulation (EU) 1178/2011 chapter FCL.025, applicants shall take the entire set of theoretical knowledge examinations for a specific license or rating under the responsibility of the same Member State’s competent authority. It is not possible to swap between authorities if you already started your exams under the responsibility of another EASA authority.
The conduct of all examination is the sole responsibility of Austro Control in accordance with the statutory provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 1178/2011 and the relevant test regulations laid down by Austro Control.

How to apply?
Download the appropriate application form and fill in Part 1 & 2 (digitally, not by hand), let your ATO or DTO fill in Part 3. The document should be signed by both parties.
Complete the form below with the correctly completed and signed application form as well as a copy of your ID.
After processing you will receive a link to our online booking tool where you can pick a sitting date and complete the payment.
Important
It is the candidate’s responsibility to submit the correct and complete paperwork. Please make sure that all documents are correctly filled out and signed by your ATO or DTO. Incorrect paperwork submission may lead to exclusion of the exam without refund.
Please note that no refund will be given if the candidate cancels the exam session, even in case of illness or upon presentation of a medical certificate (Austro Control policy). A new payment must be made in case of any type of rescheduling.
