Flight Instructor

Full-Time, Spanish Contract

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Flight Instructor to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is based in Ocaña, just outside Madrid, Spain. You will work under a Spanish employment contract and play a key role in shaping the next generation of airline pilots in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality flight instruction on our fleet of Diamond aircraft
• Deliver comprehensive long briefings to student pilots
• Mentor and guide students throughout their pathway to becoming airline pilots
• Participate in weekend and occasional night work as required

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum EASA CPL (Commercial Pilot License)
• EASA Medical Class 1 Certificate
• Unrestricted Flight Instructor License
• At least 500 hours of total flight time
• Minimum 200 hours of flight instruction experience
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher, with fluent command of English in both speaking and writing
• Legal right to live and work in the European Union (we do not provide working visas for non-EU citizens)
• Valid EU Driver’s License
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional night shifts
