Brussels Airlines Reopens MPL Cadet Program Applications in Partnership with Skywings
Brussels Airlines has reopened applications for its MPL Cadet Program, in collaboration with Skywings Flight Training. This 19-month, full-time integrated program provides comprehensive flight training and prepares aspiring pilots to join Brussels Airlines as first officers on the Airbus A319/320 fleet.
No prior aviation experience is required—candidates only need an EU passport and a secondary school diploma. The program offers a direct pathway into the cockpit, making it ideal for individuals ready to start their aviation careers.
Why Choose the Brussels Airlines MPL Cadet Program?
The program follows a modern competency-based approach, aligning with Brussels Airlines’ standards and the specific demands of the airline industry. Over the course of 19 months, cadets will train on advanced simulators, engage in classroom studies, and complete actual flight training, ensuring they develop the necessary skills to operate Airbus aircraft confidently.
Upon completing the training, cadets will receive a Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) along with an Airbus A320 type rating. Most importantly, successful cadets are offered employment as first officers with Brussels Airlines, allowing them to transition seamlessly from training to professional airline operations.
