Skywings Flight Training, one of the leading Airline Pilot Schools in Europe, is looking for ATPL subject matter experts to join us in our story of growth as a technical knowledge instructor. Skywings, with its main base at the airport of Antwerp in Belgium, and a winter base in Alicante, Spain, is looking for talented airline pilots or subject experts, who wish to train the next generation of Airline Pilots during ATPL classroom training in our campus in Antwerp.
We are looking for people who can demonstrate an above-average expertise or interest in a certain ATPL subject. All courses are given in English.
This job offer is also open to non-flying persons!
What are my duties
- Classroom instruction of class groups of approximately 10 ATPL students
- Course preparations
- Creating and grading progress tests
- Mentor and guide our student pilots in the pathway to becoming an airline pilot
You can be available for a minimum of 3 days per month on average.
What do we offer
- Above-industry standard hourly pay
- Planning flexibility: you provide us with your available days for the next month. Airline pilots can wait until roster publication to provide us with their free days
- The opportunity to teach several subjects if desired
What should you bring
- Minimum a Frozen ATPL license (or credentials proving expertise in a specific ATPL subject)
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- IT skills: powerpoint, word
